Majella Morello, Principal Solicitor, began her legal career in commercial litigation, where she learned firsthand how deals unravel, and why precision matters. That experience shaped her approach to commercial advice: proactive, practical, and focused on helping clients clarify their goals before problems arise.
Over time, Majella discovered a genuine passion for property law. She finds fulfilment in guiding people through complex transactions and helping them feel supported during high-stakes moments. Her work is grounded in care, clarity, and a commitment to making legal processes less intimidating.
Symmetry Legal also embraces innovation, but not merely for its own sake. Majella integrates technology thoughtfully, always asking whether a new tool or system will improve the experience in a meaningful way. Her Legal Tech and Coherence Centre projects reflect this ethos: internal innovation, quiet reform, and community care.
